I would call EVERY agency I could a different one each day, 1 night call the police say you hear dogs howling, next day call animal protective services, next day call your town offices, what ever sources you have avaialble I would use, the newspaper too!! Anywhere and Anyone who will listen!! If they do something to harm you or threaten too call the police and get a civil restraining order... I highly doubt they will risk going to jail....
