Maybe you could write a series of letters to the editor of your local paper, maybe it will help educate the people that has not a clue on the age that puppies need to be before leaving, weight or the care that this breed as well as others requires. tell them about puppymills with sick/dying puppies, a lot of people still don't know they exsist.

this might be a better way to draw attention to the p mill that you was talking about and to keep your family safe
