I thought that at first but I can tell Harley is actually trying to mark Samson, he has mastered peeing on him (no longer next to him). Poor little Samson is constantly getting a bath cuz of it. From day one Harley has been my little alpha male, even at 1.8 lbs (now almost 7 lbs). I love the little guy but does he really need to pee on his brother?
