I'm so sorry your pups are dealing with some horrible issues. And I have a couple things that maybe you may do. Get your pups to another vet.
One blarring thing struck out at me. Your pup being on two meds one for Coccidia, the other an antibiotic. If the medication that is being given for Coccidia is Albon...it cannot be mixed with any other medication....it can cause adverse reactions.
