In a perfect world, all would visit this site LONG before purchasing a new yorkie! This would solve alot of the issues you have with this site! We all know that is not going to happen! This site then has to educate people after the fact. Although you bring up great issues, not much can be done when dealing with with uneducated people, but to try to educate.
