In my opinion it is a risk to breed ANY yorkie as they all have the potential for difficult births but, to answer your question, I would consult with a vet who specializes in canine reproduction...they are caled theriogenologists and you are right to be researching like this and having her checked before making a decision to breed her.
All breeders have to be willing to lose the female if they choose to breed them.
