My 14 week old Mia was killed by a coyote in 2007 in broad daylight. She was standing about 5 feet from my husband when the coyote came out of no where and grabbed her. My husband chased it and it finally dropped her but she died in his arms. He now shoots every coyote that comes near our house. I might seem cruel but I won't take the chance of them getting another one of my furbabies. The farmer next door thanks us because since my husband started shooting them he has not lost any calves. I hate the idea of killing any animal but we have to for our pets safety. |
