I live in a Condo development and they have rules and regulations regarding
walking your dog. There's plenty areas to walk your dog but all are infront
of the woods which wrap around the entire complex. You are not allowed
to walk your dog on the grass adjacent to the buildings or in the gardens.
So walking Buddy on the sidewalk around the buildings is a no-no but the
heck with them. I knew they were there because a neighbor spotted one
in the fall so since then at night I walk on the forbidden side that's lit.
We get monthy board notices threatening fines. Some of my neighbors have
already been fined. 25.oo first time, 50.oo second time, etc. I'm ready
for battle if I'm reported. Screw them in plain english if I"m reported.
Won't be the first time I fought them regarding our dogs safety.
