I would just do a nice Christmas music mix, get plenty of drinks, and some yummy food. You could ask each person to bring something small and have a stocking set up with everyone's name on it. Each person would bring one thing to add to the stockings, like candy, a cute ornament, etc. You could also ask everyone beforehand for a picture of them when they were younger in a holiday outfit, opening gifts, in front of the tree, etc. Hang the pictures and have everyone guess whose in the picture. The person who gets the most photos right could win a bottle of wine. You could also play a small music snippet of popular holiday songs and have everyone guess the songs.
