If he wiggles let him

calmly massage him and speak to him in a calming voice
pretty soon he will look forward to these petting sessions
but you have to be able to take a dog like this down from their high anxiety state ..... for your piece of mind and for his health
That is just like my Arsun... Barks when my wife doesn't play with him and tugs constantly on his leash. Thank you for your response very helpful!
