Do you have any other pics of her? If not, can you ask the breeder for a brighter picture? a bigger pic? I was trying to find the first pics I have of my Golden and the oldest ones I have are from the time she was 6 weeks old which I made into a puppy collage here:

Its hard to tell from that pic you have just how dark she is but I can tell you that my golden was pretty dark as well. I have all her pics from the time she was born but the weeks 0-5 are all hardcopy.
If you take a look at my pics in my albums, you'll see that Cinnamon has lightened up a lot. I believe she is on track to by just like her mommy which is a pretty light golden color. I can see her roots are starting to come through very light. I can't wait until I can cut off all that dark
I love that golden look
But then again...you never know what you will end up with it. One thing is certain....shower them with love and you will get back so much more in return.
