Chocolate poisoning can be lethal to your dog you NEED to call your vet, its urgent as this is very very serious... it sounds like he already is having the effects of being poisoned.. I think at the vet they do some kind of charchol treatment as well as peroxide to induce vomiting but it appears he is doing that on his own.. HE NEEDS TO SEE A VET its urgent!!
