Oh, I so hope that Peaches auto-immune disease will be able to get in remission soon.

Thanks for asking about Piccolo. It has been a little over two years, since she became ill. It took a year or so, to get her in remission, and she is still taking some medicine. (9 months of this she was on high dosages of prednisone.) At the time, she lost a lot of hair, was lethargic, had problems in her ears, respiratory/breathing problems, sores on her paws, and even lost her eyelashes, etc. She is doing very well, but will always have scarred ears from the vasculitis.

I appreciate you educating us about the rabies vaccine and alternatives such as titer tests. Wish I had educated myself earlier!
