Is your yorkie a yapper? Everytime I take Lucky outside, she barks and runs around like crazy if she even smells another dog. Since we live in a condo and there are lots of dog owners in the neighborhood, she is barking constantly. How do I get this under control? She doesn't listen (if she can even hear me with all of that yapping.)
