Just wanted to let those who have been so kind how much I appreciate it. We really thought about it and decided to try and adopt a dog who needed a home and might not get one otherwise. Even though we were not actually looking for a purebred it turns out that he is a Chinese crested Powderpuff. But most of all he is our little ozzy now and he is safe. He is only 10 months old and I think we are gonna get through his horrible beginning and have a happy ever after. I am very grateful that I got encouragement to try again and let myself love a little puppy. I was petrified to take the risk, but am so happy that I was able to.
