 Does anyone know if hair can irritate a sensitive stomach?
My yorkie has a sensitive stomach. The vet has checked her out and says it's a sensitive stomach. She's on I/d and she still gets the mucosy (sometimes bloody) stool every once in a while. And, she scratches and gnaws at her paws all the time (no fleas). I find little hairballs on the floor or around her everyday. Sometimes I've seen hair in her stool so it just dawned on me could the hair be causing the her stomach irritation?
