I know what you mean, those little ones can be lightning fast when they know they have something that you will take away from them! A friend of mine used to put a muzzle on her dog before taking him for a walk to prevent any poo eating. Hers was one of those wire/leather combo types, which of course wouldn't be appropriate for a puppy, but I've seen some made out of stretchy fabric might work. A muzzle might work as a temporary measure for your puppy if it's possible for you to anticipate when she is going to poop so that you would have time to put it on her in advance. (and if you can find a muzzle small enough to fit your teeny tiny baby)
