Our little yorkie mix used to love to clean out our cat litter box, gobbled goose poop any time when we were out on a walk on the bike path near the river, and even expressed interest in his own from time to time, but he grew out of it by the time he was about a year old. |
I really have been quick at cleaning it up every time and then I even rinse her bottom off and wipe it as well as feet if they need it. The problem is, if I turn away for a second or I go to the restroom and she happens to poop, she eats it before she is even finished pooping! She acts like it is the best food on the planet. I literally have to catch her in the act or when I take her to go I have my hand inches away from her ready to snatch her up before she eats it! But sometimes she goes when I am not aware and even when I catch her she tries to eat it in between so sometimes she ends up getting some before I have a chance
