I think my group was a little worried about me last night when I picked them up one by one and buried my face in their necks and took deeeeep breaths. I wanted to be sure I had the smells right for each one.

Murphy has a baby clean smell. It's not like baby powder or baby shampoo, but I immediately thought 'baby.'

Chelsea always has a pretty scent to her, almost floral, even when mom's a little late giving her her bath.

Tate smelled like cheese. He just loves the Himalayan chews that are made of cheese. Since cheese is my #1 favorite food (well, and chocolate), I LOOOOVVVE the way my Tater smells.

Jordy smelled like snow. He loves to be outside and I think he just brings the fresh outdoors scent in with him.

Maddox smelled...well, like a puppy who'd been into something he shouldn't have been. Maddox had a quick bath after momma's sniffing test last night.

Alexander said he was too old to be sniffed, but I managed to sneak it in. He smells like home. I don't know how to describe the smell, but it made me think of cuddling up to him on cozy weekend mornings, or napping together on the couch.
