Okay folks....can I ask a little more advice

I'm familiar w/ neutering...having been thru it twice now...but I'm nervous about spaying. If all goes okay...I think we're having Ambrey spayed this Saturday...and OMG, I think

Anway...so...is this what I need...and do I need to think of anything special given that she is
40lbs? --> {pain meds, neck-donut, chews to keep her busy...}
What else...I'm completely blanking here, like this is my first dog ever...oh my.
