Never heard this before but I'll be stopping by the grocery store on my way home. Harley doesn't get badly matted because I brush her everyday, but every once in awhile, after playing hard, she gets them and sometimes when I'm trying to pick them out the hair just breaks off and I end up pulling that mat out all together.
