LOL....I don't know if it was me or not, but I have recommended using cornstarch several times on here. I'm sure others have recommended it also. It is AMAZINGLY simple, inexpensive and has saved me cutting out a mat, on more than one occasion.
I didn't come up with the idea either though, a good friend that used to post here sometimes told me about cornstarch.
