So I started today. it really wasn't that bad. I'm not feeling a withdrawl from anything. Unfortunately my dad (in all of his wisdom) brought home pudding and those little bread stick/cheese packets last night. my two weaknesses! I've decided that I can have the pudding but only twice a week. I'm just going to ignore the cheese/stick things.
Other than that, not too much of a problem here. I drink diet soda (regular soda tastes like battery acid to me), but I mostly just drink water anyway. My problem is breakfast foods and dinner. Right now my schedule is a little bit crazy because I have play practice every night from now-March, and work and school on top of that. So I'm kind of eating crappy dinner. but I think I can mostly balance that out with all the dancing I'm doing. and I don't eat breakfast. It's a bother to me. I know they say that it's harder to lose weight if you don't eat breakfast, so I'm going to try doing that. The biggest problem that I deal with is portion sizes and my laziness. I really just need to eat less and get off my butt and I'll be good to go!
