I agree. Use whatever works best for that particular dog.

A word of caution with the food...I have a BIG chow-hound and I had to stop using bait as he would only focus on the food. I would always take a little in with me for emergency purposes only but wouldnt take it out unless I had no other choice.

Those rabbit fur squeaky toys (rats or flat rats) are great too. Novelty is the key with those. Whenever I pull out the fur rat my boys get that crazy terrier "must-kill-rat" look in their eyes and go nuts It's quite a sight!
