I just shaved Pixie's ears so that there was no hair hanging off them and I shaved them 1/3 down the ears. I never taped them and by the time she was 5 months they came up. She had 1 ear up at 4 months and the other ear a month later. There are pictures online on how to shave them and how far down to go. Be carfeul bc they move like a dickens when they first hear those clippers.
