I called my vet and she told me that he should be fine. I think he ate anywhere from 1-2 pieces of chocolate. She told me that it wasn't a large amount to be concerned about to just watch for diarrhea and if he has it for more than 24 hours then to bring him in. I can't believe my mother in law would just leave a box of chocolates on her floor!!! DH called her at work to ask her how many chocolates she had left in the box and she said about 11-12 and there are 10 left in the box. Then she tells him that she didn't know chocolate was poisonous to dogs. CMON!!! I told DH that she did know that! I am going to worry for the next 24 hours!!! Oh yeah and the vet told me not to induce vomiting bc it might cause more harm to him. He's just been sitting next to me chewing on a his bully stick. I hope he's ok
