This is fairly typical of puppy play
and it's something that most owners need to control
when she "latches" on don't wait for her to start shaking
that's when you say NO! OW! or NO BITE! Loud enough for her to let go
Then you stop all play
you get up and leave her alone
because if you start playing with her again you're just one big pink hairless squeaky toy that she can bite at will
same for the running after and biting of feet
but if she doesn't respond and continues to bite your toes scoop her up and say NO BITE! and immediately she goes into her crate
