My Yorkie is having the same thing. We bath him every week, so it stays clean most of the time, But we are sceptical about taking him to the groomers so young. He allows me to groom him from top to bottom, but he wont let my partner. And i'm guessing it will be the same with a groomer.
And i cant find anything online that says a defined date to take your puppie to the groomer.
