I'm so glad that you were able to keep him from doing that to her. She would have never understood what was going on except that she was being tortured.

I just don't understand why people think that way. And as for sticking his dogs head in the water...???? All this does is make the dog afraid of water as well as the owner...in my opinion-along the lines of animal abuse.
