sounds like colitis or ibd if food was not digested then intestinal tract is inflamed - why did you switch the food? it could be something in the food inflaming intestine like white potato. What happens is if lower intestines is inflamed it will cause diarhea if small intestines is inflamed vomitting if entire tract inflamed then both diarhea and vomitting
