One thing to keep in mind is that if you give too much of anything to either a puppy or adult dog it can give them diahrea. When you switch from one brand of food to another you should also do this slowly.
Everyone will have a different opinion on when and what you should give your puppy but ultimately up to you and your puppy to make the call. I've given my pups green beans, carrots, etc because this was also something recommended to me by not only my vet but my breeder.
Some dogs will also just have a more sensitve stomach. |
