Ahhh, the memories! When I was small, we had a beagle who was papertrained. When she got older, we picked up the papers and she knew to go outside. But one day, when we were coming home with groceries, she didn't get outside. So, as we were putting away the groceries, we just threw the bags on the floor to be folded later. Well, as soon as the first bag hit the floor, she hit the bag! The relief was obvious - and it was so cute that she knew a paper bag was similar to her newspaper
We were very careful not to throw papers on the floor after that
