Do not buy from her. Don't get a dog because it is a good deal. That is a terrible idea. It probably has something wrong with it. I hope you are prepared for the thousands of dollars worth of veterinary care that puppy will have to receive just to become healthy. Not to mention the long term effects, possibility of it dying earlier due to poor breeding, and major expenses in the long term. In those conditions it is most likely going to have a few of the following: fleas, worms, mites, coccidia, kennel cough, giardia, ear infection, or others. Might even have deadly diseases that cost thousands to fix. Buy from a person on the YTCA breeder's list. You can get a rehome for probably less than $1000 if it is a few years old. Plus it will probably be trained and WAY more socialized. I hope you don't get that puppy even though everyone is warning you about it. It's a shame really, to see some one get a deal for a puppy but end up spending $3000 on vet care. Check out this thread: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...land-pups.html

If you read that, and still want to get your puppy from a puppy mill, please understand you are going to have to shell out a minimum of what you paid for it JUST for vet care right now (and in the future: neutering, vaccines, health issues, etc). Probably have to put aside more money for the behavioral problems it's going to have, since you might need to hire a trainer.
