I agree, I couldn't believe how badly groomed the yorkies looked. After more checking the breeder appears to advertise alot, kijiji, newspaper, etc. Also, Arkansas, just like Missouri and Oklahoma have
many breeders that although maybe are not puppymills, they are generally the worst of byb's.
