What she writes about is important, but more important is HOW it's written.  They're looking for an essay that is well put together, coherent, gets them from point A to point B without any side trips, and lets them "see" your daughter in the writing.  Don't just depend on spell check.  There and their and they're, your and you're, for example are all spelled correctly, make sure you're using the right one.
