Definitely a Loofa!! Scruffs likes the 12" ones, and he is 7 lbs. I would get the 6" ones (they look more like 4"), for a puppy. How much does your puppy weigh? Sounds like you are getting her from a great breeder!
Scruffs pulls off the ears sometimes, but just watch her and it will be fine.
