I would watch her very closely and have an emergency vets phone number on hand. Generally, mom will start producing milk just prior to delivery, this is a sign that she will go into labor soon. She might or might not get a tummy, it depends on how many there are and how small they are (the babies). I would also suggest that you get things ready just in case. It would be better to be prepared rather then running around trying to come up with supplies when she is in labor. I'm sure you would want to be by her side instead. I'm not an expert but you should get a heating pad and a small box ready. Put the heating pad under the box and a small blanket in the box. You will use this to put the puppies in if you have to take them from mommy while she is having another one. I can't think of the name of it but you need that nasel suction thing that you use on a infant baby to suction the puppies nose and mouth. Always suction the nose first then the mouth. There is so much more (supplies) that you need, just pray that if she is pregnant, she waits until tomorrow when you can consult the vet. Keep us posted

Here is a very useful site: www.debbiejensen.com
