I had a Burberry bag that was bought at Nordstrom...about 2 years later, the material started to bubble so I brought it back and since they didnt have that style anymore, the lady let me pick any bag I wanted that was similar. The new back was a lot more than my old bag but they just did an even exchange. Nordstrom is good like that.
If I were you, I would just try to go to Nordstrom and see what they say. It wouldn't hurt. If they won't accept it or can't give you much money back. try ebay.
