I'm going on a much needed vacation to key west for 5 days. I knew that one day I'd have to leave Archie at home, so I made a deal with neighbors---I'll watch your dog and you can watch mine. I had their dog for 7 days and they are going to watch mine for 5.
It's important to try and build up a support group of dog owners in the neighborhood for reasons like this. One the one hand, it's great but on the other...well, lets just say that as soon as we come back, there will be a pomeranian staying with us for 2 weeks, and a shih-tzu for a week in May!! But Archie loves company so I don't really mind. |
