 talk to your vet
I took my yorkie in to get spayed, and thank goodness I had a vet that was experienced in small dogs. My Yorkie is only 4 lbs. and I took her in for the procedure. The vet made sure sha was able to maintain her blood sugar level while "under". She was not able to so he couldn't do the procedure. If he had, she might have died. Before you worry about discomfort, make sure you have a vet that is very familiar with small dogs. |
