If it was me, I would certainly get him and do what I can to find him a suitable home. I would be afraid that if they keep him locked in a bathroom, then they would be the same type of people who would drop him at a pound. Poor baby.. THIS is EXACTLY why reputable breeders will NOT place puppies as Christmas presents. The newness wears off and off to the pound (or locked in a bathroom or outside, etc) they go.. OK remember you are hearing this from someone who already owns 4 yorkies plus has 2 1 month old babies right now. lol.. so what is one more??
