I am not entirely sure what constitutes being able to say 'tear free' but I can say that is is very gentle, pH balanced, organic, and I have never had a Yorkie (adult or puppy) or one of my kids have any sort of negaitve reaction. I use the shampoo also on myself and my kids (who are now 3 and 18 months).
So, it is gentle to the eyes, but I don't know what it takes to be able to officially say 'tear free'. |
