Take her in to a vet to examine her. If she is carrying large pups it can rupture her uterine horns & kill her--why even take the chance? I wouldnt wait to find out.
It is natural for dogs to mate and have puppies naturally, but your yorkie sounds pretty small and a dog twice her size isnt good. If she was a larger breed dog it wouldnt be that big of a deal, but she's a toy sized yorkie--very different scenario.
