I'm looking for a company/coverage plan that will cover it before I have to. Otherwise it's more just like a rebate program.. for your dog. You are completely out until you receive the money back? |
i agree. Like my own health insurance. I pay the co-pay, they do their part then I pay the bill. that is EXACTLY what I am looking for
