Count me in too.... I need to lose 10-15 pounds but really need to firm up... My brother is getting married soon and so is my husbands brother!

My downfall is junk food and ice cream ... I have really taken a liking to smoothies. I just need to go buy the stuff to make them. I will have one for breakfast and one for lunch and eat small snacks and a healthy dinner. But I need to walk/run... but here in NY it is so darn cold! |
