Maybe it is just their policy I don't know, but 2 years is a long time . Maybe if you get a bit aggressive they will let you purchase something in Nordstrom's, but I doubt they will give you the cash. Sometimes if you break their you know whats they will give in and maybe let you just use it in Nordstrom's.
