b/c it was given to my bf's mom and she just barely gave it back to me again. The first time it was the same season, but coach would only give me coach credit, which I didn't want. I didn't think to ask Nordstrom before.
We thought we were doing something nice for her b/c she never in her life had a nice bag. Instead she got mad at us for spending so much.
I feel like since we gave it to her, if she didn't want it, she should have to exchange it or whatever, but now after so long, i have to do it.
