Our little Lexi got spayed when she was 6 months also and had 8 little teeth pulled at the same time. She did great but I can understand your concern...I was a nervous wreck don't know how I made it through
Lexi was very small too and I wanted to wait but heard it was easier on them if they did not go in heat first?? that is how my vet felt anyway. She only weighed about 3 lbs when we spayed her...sending hugs Cheryl & Lexi
