Atkins works for me and I lose the weight quick but I had a set back with some health issues this year and I gained back those 10 pounds. I usually have ice cream every night and you can buy lo-carb ice cream but I haven't been able to find it in my area lately. I have a recipe for an orange jello with cream cheese desert that tastes just like the orange dream ice cream bars...hmmm...I might have to make that today.
