So, long story short Bindi had liver shunt and was on a special diet that made her gain a lot of weight. Now she is all better and the doctors have given her the ok to transition to regular adult food.

Any suggestions on Adult Weight Management foods?

Prior to this whole ordeal I use to homecook for Bindi. I will resume this but she likes to eat a little dry food prior to bed.

Im going to the store today to get her food.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
